This ginjo sake is made using Yamada Nishiki rice from Shijimi-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, with a polished rice ratio of 50%. It has a subtle ginjo aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, and a rich, refined flavor with a savory aftertaste. Although it is a ginjo sake, its appeal is that it can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures.
