Using Gohyakumangoku rice from Niigata Prefecture as the main ingredient, and Yamada Nishiki rice from Shijimi-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, the sake has a clean, flavorless taste typical of Echigo Kanbai, and is layered with the umami of aged Yamada Nishiki to create a dignified ginjo sake with a smooth, smooth mouthfeel.
