Product Description
"Kiku no Tsukasa - Yuzan" is a junmai sake characterized by the mellow aroma and sourness
reminiscent of bananas and pears, as well as the flavor of the rice that spreads freely.
Using "Gin Otome" from Iwate Prefecture, we blended two types of yeast and fermented it
at low temperature. It has a sharp taste without leaving any unnecessary sweetness.
