Product Description
"Kiku no Tsukasa Shinboshi" is a Junmai Ginjo sake with a dignified aroma reminiscent of
melon and strawberry, and a fresh fruit aroma. We use "Gin Otome" sake rice
from Iwate Prefecture and carefully ferment it at a low temperature with a blend
of multiple yeasts. The unblended sake with an alcohol content of 14% is pasteurized and
bottled to create a smooth drinking experience.
