This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake that is one rank above the standard Shichifukujin,
made by polishing the sake rice "Gin Otome" to 40%, blending it with Ginjo yeast,
and fermenting it at a well-balanced low temperature.
It features a gorgeous ginjo aroma and refreshing sweetness.
