"Kiku no Tsukasa Inami" is a Junmai Daiginjo sake with a refreshing aroma and a
deep ginjo aroma reminiscent of dripping citrus fruits and ripe grapes.
We use the sake rice ``Yui no Ka'' produced by Junya Sunakabe's group in Shizukuishi-cho,
Iwate Prefecture, and fermented it at an ultra-low temperature with Iwate Prefecture's yeast
"Giovanni no Soka". It has a firm taste with few unpleasant tastes and a strong presence,
and it has a deep flavor both before and during the meal.
