Product Description
The name “Tōri” is said to be derived from a well-known line in a Chinese poem by Tao Yuanming, so famous that it is often said, “When one speaks of Tōri, one thinks of chrysanthemums; when one speaks of chrysanthemums, one thinks of Tōri.”
Going forward, the brewery intends to use Tōri as a label to express ideas and styles that were not possible under the Kikuhime brand, exploring new directions and expressions through this name.
