"Homage to No. 6", which sells out surprisingly quickly every year, is back again this year!!!
"Kaze no Mori" is usually brewed with No. 7 yeast, but this collaboration uses the historic yeast "No. 6 yeast" discovered at "Aramasa Sake Brewery", known for "No. 6".
In addition, the brewing method has been switched to "Bodaimoto", so you can enjoy a sake full of individuality and regionality more than ever before!!!
"Manakatori" is sake that is pressed mechanically (Yabuta), but without applying any pressure, and only the dripping parts are extracted, resulting in a sake that is soft on the palate and has a rich aroma.
