Product Description
A rich-style Junmai Ginjo brewed in winter, pasteurized in-bottle, and then stored at ice temperature. Released from the brewery only after the umami has fully matured, this is an ultra-limited autumn release produced in very small quantities.
It offers a smooth mouthfeel with well-balanced umami and acidity, and a flavor profile where concentrated savoriness expands richly across the palate.
