Product Description
This is a very limited production bottle made using "Sake Mirai" from Yamagata Prefecture. Takagi Shuzo's 14th generation head brewer, Takagi Tatsugoro, successfully crossbred and bred this rare variety over a period of 18 years, and it is only available at a limited number of breweries nationwide.
This sake rice was created with the concept of a bright future for sake in mind, and is likened to a wonderland. Please give it a try.
