Product Description

A masterpiece brewed using the Kamo Izumi tradition of Junmai brewing and Ginjo brewing.
This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made by polishing Yamada Nishiki rice to 40% and fermenting it 
slowly at low temperatures. This sake has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a strong taste.
