This is the "Yamada Nishiki" version of the "CEL-24" series, which is released annually as a limited-edition product, featuring a different rice variety. This limited-edition sake uses Yamada Nishiki rice, known as the "King of Sake Rice," possessing all the desirable qualities for sake brewing. The rich, pineapple-like aroma and sweet and sour notes characteristic of CEL-24 are more refined, resulting in an elegant and transparent flavor.
