Product Description
This umeshu is carefully matured for about a year with thick, large plums, the sake Kagura, and rock sugar—together with two soft, sweet plum fruits in the cup. As the aging continues even inside the cup, the flavor becomes sweeter and richer with depth.
For those who prefer a more intense umeshu and want to fully enjoy the plums themselves, this is highly recommended.
Because it is produced in small quantities, sales will be limited with restricted shipment numbers for the time being.
