Each bottle contains the luxurious amount of 12.5 kabosu berries. This is the result of the combination of the Japanese sake "Kamikura" and delicious kabosu from Oita Prefecture. The sweet, tart, and fruity aroma of the kabosu is undoubtedly delicious on its own, but it's also enhanced by the aroma and spiciness of sansho pepper.
The refreshing aroma of lush kabosu, sansho berries, and young green leaves. The lively tartness and sweetness of the kabosu are complemented by the tingling spiciness of the sansho pepper, which lingers in a refreshing aftertaste. While this is a liqueur, it's also easy to pair with food. It pairs well with eel, grilled fish, and salted yakitori.
