Using contract-grown “Fukunohana” rice from Izushi, Hyogo Prefecture, this Junmai Daiginjo is carefully crafted with traditional techniques and matured at ice-cold temperatures without any heat-pasteurization. It features a rounded, gentle flavor with rich umami, characteristic of a finely balanced Junmai Daiginjo.
