Product Description
Since 2002, this project began as a community revitalization effort—growing sake rice locally and brewing sake from it. Since then, in close collaboration with the region and contracted farmers, the sake rice Miyama Nishiki, bearing the same name as the town, has been carefully cultivated in the Kamiajimi area of Miyama, Fukui Prefecture, using special low-pesticide farming methods.
It offers Miyama Nishiki’s refined and supple mouthfeel, concentrated rice umami, and elegant ginjo aroma. A sake that deepens its bond with the region, growing together year by year.
