Named after the phrase Eika Gingetsu—“to compose poetry while viewing flowers and to chant verses under the moon,” expressing the joy of embracing and becoming one with the beauty of the seasons.
This sake is the counterpart to the Risshun “Eika” release, and is a seasonal limited edition launched from Shosho (late August). It offers a sharp, clean entry alongside the rich, concentrated umami of rice developed after maturing through the summer.
