Product Description
The sake is crafted from Gohyakumangoku rice grown in Tsukuba and pure spring water
from Mt. Tsukuba, sourced directly from a brewery at the mountain's base.
The label features calligraphy by renowned Tsukuba calligrapher Masaaki Ozaki and a
design by a University of Tsukuba graduate.
Made entirely from locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture,
this sake is pressed in a tank, bottled, and pasteurized without filtration.
