This Junmai Daiginjo sake is filled with the passion of master brewer Kadowaki.
"Sasanishiki", which represents Miyagi's rice production, is a variety developed at
the Furukawa Agricultural Experiment Station in Osaki City, the same as Ichinokura.
The taste is a harmonious combination of the honest and gentle flavor of Sasanishiki and
the gorgeous aroma of Ginjo incense. Recommended as a souvenir for returning home from Miyagi
or as a gift.
