Winner of Gold in the SAKE category at the IWC2024 (International Wine Challenge 2024). The first gold medal in history for a sake made using Kura no Hana at the National New Sake Tasting Competition in 2022 (Reiwa 3 brewing year). The sake has received acclaim both in Japan and overseas, including a gold medal in the 11th International Sake Challenge (Junmai Daiginjo category). This sake has a gentle aroma, a relaxed, mellow flavor, and a pleasant sharpness that makes it an appealing sake.
