Made using 100% Miyagi Prefecture's new rice variety "Gin no Iroha" that is suitable for sake brewing. This sake has a gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma and a sweet taste that spreads softly in your mouth.
This Junmai Daiginjo sake made using Gin no Iroha won the Gold Award at the National New Sake Tasting Competition in 2023 (2022 brewing year), the first time in history that such a sake has been awarded this Gold Award.
