It features a ginjo-style aroma reminiscent of ripe pear and a soft, gentle mouthfeel achieved through brewing with ultra-soft water.
Thanks to the high level of rice polishing, it offers a clean, impurity-free palate, highlighted by a crisp, refreshing sweetness and a sharp, clean finish.
