Product Description
The so-called Hiyaoroshi — sake pressed in the previous autumn and then matured.
It is characterized by a mellow richness and gentle smoothness.
The finish is clean and refreshing, with a pleasant umami flavor.
The sake is matured in a storage tunnel located near the Ginjo workshop.
Inside the tunnel, the temperature remains around 15°C throughout the year, allowing the sake to develop its flavor naturally in the cool air.
