This sake was first unveiled at CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2024, held in Roppongi Hills, where it received an enthusiastic response and has since been officially released. By officially using the pure sacred water from Nikkō Nisha Ichiji, the sake is named after Mikumari-no-Kami, the Shinto deity in Japanese history who governs water.
With a unique production method, the latest rapid-cooling system instantly chills the fermenting mash, capturing its fresh character and natural effervescence, and bottling it as is. The result is a new style of sparkling sake.
