This sake embodies Hakkaisan Brewery’s philosophy of “bringing good sake to more people.”
Although classified as a futsūshu (regular sake), the rice is carefully polished down to 60% and brewed slowly at low temperatures.
It has a light, crisp taste with a clean finish that complements food without overpowering it.
