Product Description
The plum liqueur “Yumemakura” is made by steeping green plums from Maniwa, Okayama Prefecture, in Gozen Shu’s junmai sake. To create a gentle mouthfeel, the base is a smooth and easy-to-drink junmai sake brewed with Okayama-grown Omachi rice. Each plum is carefully prepared by hand — with stems removed and moisture wiped away — before being steeped, ensuring no unwanted bitterness is released.
