With the arrival of autumn, it develops into a mellow, well-balanced flavor.
When the sake reaches this ideal stage, it is released as Hiyaoroshi. Please enjoy this seasonal taste available only at this time of year.

This Junmai Ginjo Genshu has a fragrant aroma, crisp finish, and a smooth, mellow flavor that has deepened with aging, enhancing its savoriness.
Its matured softness on the palate and rich umami beautifully complement food.
Enjoy it straight, chilled, on the rocks, or gently warmed (nurukan).
