All “Kojo Nishiki” rice used in this sake is cultivated by the brewers themselves at Nishida Shuzo, which is the only brewery in Aomori Prefecture to use this rare variety.
Brewed with a 45% rice polishing ratio, Kojo Nishiki offers a soft, full-bodied, and mellow flavor, crafted to achieve a clean and pure taste.
