"Hakurakusei Style - Mountain Bottle"
The innovative "Hakurakusei Sake Brewing" and Niizawa Brewery make this sake.
The design is inspired by Kawasaki Town in Miyagi Prefecture, and incorporates contour lines to express the height of the mountain.
The glossy top note is reminiscent of a ripe melon.
When you put it in your mouth, an elegant taste similar to white grapes spreads.
The fresh acidity overlaps with the gentle sweetness, and fades away beautifully.
