Product Description
Under the initiative of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce, we have completed the sake "Dassai Future Composition" in collaboration with Austria. This special sake is made by playing a combination of "Philharmonic Taste" by members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and Johann Strauss II's "Waltz of the Bay" performed by the Japan Century Symphony Orchestra in a tank of Dassai during the fermentation stage. This "Dassai Future Composition" will be on sale at the Austrian Pavilion at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo.
