Dassai is a fragrant, fruity sake that is often best enjoyed chilled, and
I believe it’s no exception to that rule. I never really thought of Dassai as a
“hot sake,” but the aroma and sweetness of the "Atsushi Sake" version seem notably
lighter compared to other Dassai varieties.
It’s clear that a lot of care went into crafting it to be enjoyed warm.

Alcohol: 14%
