Delicate fruity aromas reminiscent of banana and pear gently unfold, while a light umami richness is balanced by a soft, rounded acidity. Notes of sweet melon spread across the palate, creating the full-bodied depth characteristic of unfiltered nama sake. The finish is clean and dry, providing a crisp and refreshing drinking experience without lingering sweetness.
