This exceptional sake was born from master brewer Yoshinao Sato’s vision of crafting “The Ultimate Oonagawa.” Using rice polished to 25%—a first for the brewery—and their original D-29 yeast with Akita Sake Komachi rice, the sake was brewed with the utmost care and dedication, much like nurturing a child.
