This ultra-limited release is made from Yamada Nishiki polished to 15% and features only the rare nakadori (middle-press) portion of the sake. It is then bottled and matured at Chiyomusubi Brewery under ultra-low-temperature, ice-temperature conditions.
Presented in a pure-white package, GAINA embodies elegance, precision, and exceptional refinement.
