Product Description
Made with Hattan Nishiki rice from Hiroshima Prefecture, this sake is highly regarded for its quality. The unpasteurized undiluted sake is aged for about six months and released in September, when the balance of richness and acidity is at its best. It is a full-flavored namazake (unpasteurized sake).
