Product Description
This sake was crafted with the desire to create a clean, flavorful Junmai sake with sharpness, even at a 70% polishing ratio. It features a rich sweetness and aroma, along with a crisp and refreshing finish. Made using locally grown Hinohikari rice from Kitsuki, it is the flagship sake of Chiebijin. In 2018, it received the highest honor, the President’s Award, at the Kura Master competition in France.
