Product Description
Since ancient times, sake has been called "sasa" and "sasayuki" refers to thin, cloudy sake.
This is a freshly pressed, light, cloudy unpasteurized sake made from Yamada Nishiki rice grown under contract in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A district, and the sake is slightly fermented in the bottle, giving it a slight sparkle. A wonderful aroma rises along with the tiny bubbles caused by the fermentation of the new sake, making this a smooth, delicious, and truly "rich and delicious" light, cloudy unpasteurized sake. It is best chilled, but it is also excellent on the rocks with ice, making it a fizzy, slightly sparkling Junmai Daiginjo sake.
