This famous golden-colored sake is a blend of unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo sake that has
been aged at minus 10 degrees Celsius for up to one year, and is heat-treated just before
shipping to seal in the deliciousness. Because it is unfiltered, it has a wonderful pale golden
color, clear aroma, and refreshing taste.
