This Junmai Daiginjo is crafted using Yamada Nishiki rice from the renowned Special A district of Hyogo Prefecture and matured at -10°C for approximately five years. It is a carefully balanced blend of sakes polished to 20% and 35%, resulting in a deep, elegant aroma, a smooth and structured palate, and a crisp, clean finish.
