Product Description
In aiming to create a junmai ginjo that complements food, locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice from Tochigi Prefecture was used. It features a fresh green-apple-like aroma accented by a delicate hint of bitterness. This sake has a clear and refined profile that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. It is best enjoyed between 10°C and 20°C, with room temperature bringing out its richest umami.
