Product Description
Brooklyn Kura×八海山
Brian and Brandon are passionate about sake and founded their first brewery in New York.
They wondered why there are so few people brewing sake in America, even though it is so popular in the country today. They studied sake in depth and came up with the idea of opening their own brewery.
And so Brooklyn Kura was born.
They are particular about using all the rice, koji, water, and yeast used in the brewing process, both from America and locally.
Through a partnership with Japan's leading sake brewery, Hakkaisan, this sake has been imported to Japan and sold domestically for the first time.
This sake is made using traditional methods and then dry hopped for a short period of time before being brewed.
It has a gorgeous citrus aroma that is very pleasant, smooth and slightly sweet.
It has a beautiful rose color and is "Western" in appearance, hence the name "OCCIDENTAL."
Please enjoy this sake, which has a unique and original world that is different from Japanese sake.
