Product Description

Brooklyn Kura×八海山

Grand Prairie is named after the land where Yamada-Nishiki was first cultivated in America

Passionate Brian and Brandon, who are deeply interested in the charms of sake, founded the first brewery in New York.

The two men wondered why there were so few people brewing sake in America, even though it is so popular there today. They studied sake in depth and came up with the idea of opening their own brewery.
And so Brooklyn Kura was born.
They are particular about using all of the rice, koji, water, and yeast used in the brewing process, both from America and their own country.

By forming a partnership with Japan's leading sake brewery, Hakkaisan, this sake has now been imported to Japan for the first time and is now available for domestic sale.

"GRAND PRAIRIE" has a very unique flavor with a dry mouthfeel and a deep, sweet aroma.
In addition to aromas of melon and green apple, it also has a subtle aftertaste of star anise.
