is blended with Bijofu sake and liquid sugar to create Bijofu Yuzu, a sweet-and-sour liqueur.
Enjoy it straight, on the rocks, with soda, or in cocktails.
The small bits of yuzu floating inside are just condensed fruit, not affecting quality.
