For 150 years, the local community has cherished this honjozo, a tradition dating back to the brewery's founding. Despite being a honjozo, this versatile sake, known for its excellent sharpness, can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or warmed. For the best experience when heating, we recommend warming the sake to around 70℃.
