A large grain and a large shinpaku that does not crack easily when polished. Low protein and lipid content. It is relatively easy to cultivate as the rice is short and does not easily fall over.
This sake offers a gentle, understated aroma and a soft, dry profile, with delicate yet pronounced depth from the Hakutsurunishiki rice. Light swirling reveals elegant white peach notes, while a sip brings refreshing green apple flavors, ideal for pairing with the latter half of a meal.
