This Junmai Daiginjo is produced with 100% “Gin no Iroha” sake rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture.
To highlight the flavor of this unique sake rice, we brew this sake with a yeast
that produces an understated aroma.
The light and clear flavor is representative of the comparatively low number
of amino acids present in the sake, making it the sharpest of the Atagonomatsu brand.
