Bizen Omachi is the only sake rice variety that has been cultivated continuously for over a century, and it enjoys immense popularity among sake connoisseurs. Although the large, soft grains make it a challenging rice to work with, the resulting sake features the rich, full-bodied flavor characteristic of Omachi. Please enjoy it at room temperature or chilled.
