The latest release from Abe Brewery’s experimental dry series, “REGULUS.” Vol.3-1 and Vol.3-2 are two tank variations brewed under the same design. While both share the structured acidity derived from white koji, 3-1 offers a glossy, refreshing brightness reminiscent of lemon peel, while 3-2 delivers a cool, lingering finish with a subtle bitterness akin to lime.
Like twin stars gazing at the same sky, each shines with its own distinct light.
