"Tank No. 2" is Abe Sake Brewery's only sake with a seasonal name, "Abe Natsuzake." It uses "Gohyakumangoku" rice for the koji rice and "Koshihikari" rice for the rice, both polished to 60%. It has a gentle rice-like aroma and a fresh, mellow, umami-sour taste that harmonizes light yet rich umami with youthful acidity. You can enjoy the subtle sweetness.
