The “Abe+” series, continuously explored by Abe Brewery, reaches its third chapter with GOLD Vol.3. Through a unique design that returns house-made kasu-tori shochu into the fermenting mash, it gently blurs the boundary between sake and shochu.
With a polished rice ratio of 45%, it delivers a refined clarity, layered with the light, crisp character derived from the hashira shochu method, creating a well-defined structure within its richness. The pasteurization brings harmony to the profile, unfolding from fruit notes reminiscent of white grapes and apple into a soft, slightly bitter finish. The result is a quietly radiant expression, like a polished golden glow resting in the glass.
